If I choose a monthly membership, am I locked into it?
No! We only want you to pay for services you want and need. A monthly membership gives you a discounted rate and dedicates a Virtual Assistant to you. You can cancel any time, just give us a one week written notice and we will not renew the membership. We will work with you to see if there is a better plan for your business.
Will I have a specific VA assigned to me?
Yes! We will assign a Virtual Assistant to you so they can keep all your files and information on hand. You will not have to reiterate any information to multiple people or worry about deadlines being missed by lack of communication.
Will my VA work within the hours of my time zone?
Gold Business Services works off Central Standard Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, however if there is a need outside of those hours we will work with you to accommodate your specific needs.
How long is an initial consultation?
We know everyone is busy these days and want to be as thorough and precise for you without taking up too much time. We will initially contact you by e-mail to set up a phone consultation so we can find out exactly what your needs are and how we can achieve your goals. The phone consultation is usually about 30 minutes and can be done anytime during business hours.
